Design Leadership & Multiplying Impact
A core part of how I work is multiplying design capability beyond my own deliverables — facilitating discovery with product teams, mentoring designers, and setting the bar through judging and speaking. The goal is the same each time: raise the quality of design decisions being made around me.
UX Workshops
Designed and facilitated 20+ design-thinking and UX workshops across IFS product teams and 6 leading universities — embedding a shared discovery practice that teams now reuse on their own.
Design Competition Judge
Judged major university-level UX and design competitions, evaluating 100+ submissions and helping set the standard for the next generation of designers entering the field.
Mentorship
Mentored 20+ junior designers and undergraduates through workplace coaching, IEEE student-branch collaborations, and 1:1 guidance — several have since stepped into design roles and pursued entrepreneurship.

Invited speaker and panelist at university and corporate UX events — reaching 100s of designers and students at venues including IFS Career Panel Discussions.
